Cancellations and/or rescheduling must be done during business hours, Sunday-Saturday. We ask for at least 24 hours prior to canceling or changing your appointment. In the event you are unable to give 24 hour notice, your card will be charged with 100% of the amount of your scheduled service. We will always confirm your appointment via text and email 48 hours prior. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, you will be seen, but only for the amount of time remaining.
